No, it means I disagree with your perspective that those things are future. Dan 9:24 is talking of the edtablishing and fulfilling in living history, the everslasting covenant, the atonement from the law of sin/death from the garden seperation and the "deaths" incurred there; through justification by faith in the seed of God and the woman. (Gal 4:4) thus proving the divine origins of life as well as a freedom in, and obligation to manifest its maker/lover.

It is subjective, personal, yet widely associated and will grow in outward expression. And in that sense, and the afterlife, there is to look forward to.

Ask yourself;
Is, or was, physical death, the wages of hearing a second, doubting voice while in a stipulative, conditional arrangement for Adam & Eve's to maintain garden fellowship, and life with their maker AND while in ignorance and inexperience about him??

If so, were Adam/Eve created with procreative organs AND intended to use them forever, along with their offspring?

I reaffirm the above post and that of lehigh5.

Thanks for the topic.

24 "Seventy weeks are determined For your people and for your holy city, To finish the transgression, To make an end of sins, To make reconciliation for iniquity, To bring in everlasting righteousness, To seal up vision and prophecy, And to anoint the Most Holy. Daniel 9:24

All prophecy has not been fulfilled.

Everlasting Righteousness is something that we are still looking forward to.

So your understanding of Daniel 9:24 is incorrect.

Was Jesus brought into the world?
Is Jesus righteous?
Is Jesus eternal?
As a Christian, don't you believe you have been covered in Jesus' everlasting righteousness?

Jesus is righteous. But you are not, outside of Him.

Jesus is eternal.

There is wickedness, iniquity and lawlessness abounding in the world.

When the wicked are removed
and the righteous shine forth as the sun then this prophecy wil have been fulfilled -

14 For the earth will be filled With the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, As the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14

When the wicked are removed and the righteous shine forth as the sun then this prophecy wil have been fulfilled -

"The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!" Revelation 11:15

When the wicked are removed and the righteous shine forth as the sun then this prophecy wil have been fulfilled -

34 You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. 35 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth. Daniel 2:34-35

... the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found.

... And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.

Many more as well.

I see that the wicked have already been removed, and if you are involved in the great commission, then you are shining forth as the sun. Of course context is everything here, because strict literalism kills prophecy.

You see that the wicked have already been removed?

39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. 40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. 41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear! Matthew 13:39-43

So what you believe is that this scripture has been fulfilled, that Jesus has returned at the end of the age, that the angels have gathered all the lawless people of the world and cast them into the fire and the righteous are shining like the sun like Jesus did on the mount of transfiguration - and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun ...

Does this also mean you believe the resurrection is past?

Yes and no. The key is that I don't share your preconceptions of how these prophetic verses were meant to be fulfilled. Of course prophecy can already be fulfilled in one particular sense, but not yet in an other equally valid sense. However, it should be no surprise when invalid interpretive expectations of prophecy continually fail to come to pass.

Well please do share with us as to how the The Lord will return and send out His angels and gather all things that offend and the lawless at the end of the age.

What part of this scripture has or has not been fulfilled?
