[__ Prayer __] Faith Alone

My husband and I just recently moved to South Carolina from Pennsylvania about two weeks ago. A friend of ours is letting us live with him until we get our own place. Here is the PTL part. Hubby just got a job, as we call it a fluke, but know God had His hand in it. Steve was just going around putting applications in as a forklift operator, but yet didn't know if anyone was hiring or not. The one place he was going to he could not find and stopped and asked. The guy he asked wanted to know why he was looking for this place and he told him he was looking for a forklift job. The guy said wait a minute, this gentleman here is looking for a forklift driver. He went down and filled out the application and started the next day. Ya, God had His hand in this. Now as soon as he gets a few paychecks ahead we will be looking for a house and I know God is going to show us the right one.

God is so good, but it takes faith to believe in what God already has for you. PTL!!!

Mind telling us the area in SC? I took my first job after university in Augusta, SC, and I had an office mate from PA. He found the south to be peculiar in ways and would bend my ear about it. (I am originally from the southeast and I think he considered me a local.)

Right now we are staying with a friend of ours in Winnsboro and hope to find a house a little closer to Steve's job.
