Any other playa's here? I'm a FF geek! I love the mock-drafts, the real draft, and wild season. Oh, and the smack talk from end to end. I'm in a 12-team league, and... ahem... the reigning Champion.

"Who's Your Daddy" will receive the championship trophy at our draft tomorrow and hold it for 1 year, unless we win it all again! There aren't many sports discussions going on, so I'm not expecting a huge response. Basically, I'm just using this opportunity to make it known that I am the current Champion of my league. That's all everyone really needs to know. :lol

Good going on your Championship and well wishes for the upcoming season! I'm in two free leagues this year: one at CBSsports.com and one att NFL.com. I ended up with the #1 pick overall in both leagues, but couldn't participate in the draft at NFL.com, so I had autopick on. As a result, I got 3 receivers and a TE all from New Orleans. Not good considering the bye week! That's what happens when you don't take care of the draft yourself! I'm going to have to drop one of them and end up with a player like Devon Bess.

Just in case you are wondering... Yea... I took Adrian Foster #1 overall.

I was in one league last year and made the playoffs, but lost in either the first or second round.

I'm looking for a free dynasty league, if anyone knows of any.....

We're on CBS Sports too. It's a good site, but man I wish they had an app for Droids specifically for your FF league. Ours is a freebee league too. We just chip in for the site fee and play for bragging rights.

Good on you for getting Foster! As for your other league, I avoid drafting from one team too much but pay little attention to bye-weeks. I just go for the best players available and trade away afterwords. We're a 2-player keeper league, and the only guy I was thinking about keeping was Jones-Drew. Our deadline to hold keepers was Wednesday, and I decided to drop him. With his holdout getting worse, he's dropped 7 spots since then. I won't know what my draft position is until we pull cards at the draft tomorrow, so focusing on certain early players is almost impossible.

I'm also a Life-long Lions slappy, and I'd like to get Calvin and Stafford if I can. Of course, being in Michigan, most of the guys are Lions fans.

What are the names of your teams, or do you use 1 for both? Good gaming this year to you! Check in and let me know how it's going!

It's monday morning and two games to go in week one.... How'd you do, Mike (and anyone else)?

In one league, I need about 25 points from Phillip Rivers and Robert Mecham to win. In the other league, I'm winning by 23 points but I will need Ray Rice still is to play for the other team. I need him NOT to score that many points.
 
Ugh! I got hosed by Victor Cruz and his awful game. And sitting in Ford Field, I watched my Lions QB who's also my starter throw pick after pick deep in the red zone. He scored 20.5 for me, but he could have blown past 30 if he wasn't so generous with the ball. ;)

If I just get expected returns from my guys, I should be alright, so I don't think I'll make any changes for now.

I do need to improve my 4th RB/WR flex and find a better kicker. :chin

I assumed you would be fine. Did you come out on top?

I went 1-1 in my two leagues. In my win Ray Rice (owned by my opponent) almost blew it for me. He had a great game but as the last player my opponent had left, he came up one point short.

In the game I lost Phillip Rivers and Robert Mecham had a ho hum game and couldn't make up a deficit. Who ever thought starting Joe Flacco over Rivers would've been a good idea?

The only move I am going to make is getting rid of Rashad Jennings. I'll try to get Alfred Morris (RB, Skins).
 
Fantasy Football is one of the best creations ever.

I am in 1 league and it is a free league but its all family so we have bragging rights at all family get togethers.
 
I am in a league on NFL.com. This, if I remember right, is the third year for this specific league.

Last year I got a little confused on draft day and ended up picking players for two different teams in two separate leagues. Didn't do that well in either of them.

This year should be much better. I won the first week's matchup, though the second week should be a bigger challenge.
 
Hey, cool! We have a few more ballers here! :)

So, I won my first game this weekend on the heels of 35 points by Jamaal Charles. It's a real good thing too, because the rest of my team sticks! I'm gonna have them all running in full pads a week. I think their all conspiring against me to throw games.

The kicker is I won with 110 points today, and that's 23 less than I had last week.
 
What happened to my fantasy footballers? :(

Whoa, what a weekend! With all my horses in and my opponent having only Rogers to play late Sunday night, I was 55 points up and counting on my win. And then Mr. Green Bay went ninja on me, and I eeked out a 2 point win after he scored 53 points!

53 POINTS!! Are you kidding me?
 
I have Rodgers as my starting QB on my fantasy team and he pretty much accounted for over half the points I made this past weekend. Good weekend.
