I’m…getting there. I’m always dealing with snark lol 😂 but I could be confined somewhere terrible or under heavy psychiatric control but…

Im not. My big problem is reacting because I don’t know very many people and these random people say things and I’m just wondering…??!

No where to move not really. Im probably safer here than I would be anywhere else. And…

Truth? Schizophrenia is probably not a brain disease. I’m doing better now on lower dosage medication. But…

I never was a member of this or any community and I think 🤔 the label is probably the best society has for me. Which isn’t a pity party just a statement of fact. And…

In Christ my labels can be used for His glory even if here locally my faith is perceived as a crutch or signs of mental illness. Did I mention that I live in the Bible Belt? Yeah…

I called my dad and thanked him for something relatively minor but that I appreciated. Candy lol. I never keep any at my place. He seemed pleased.

Hi 👋

Relatively minor compared to what would have happened without Jesus and my parents.

What I don’t understand is the never ending nonsense. Some couple moved in upstairs. Literally from day one the woman in particular was unbelievably mean. I didn’t know her and I still don’t know her. Their vehicles haven’t been parked here for a while and the mail seems to be piling up so…?

People were openly taunting me about my HIV status. Not fun especially in the Bible Belt. I’ve never been given treatment but God’s will seems to be for me to be healthy. Thankful 🥹

Ugh 😑 part of my problem is that I live in a modest quiet safe area. This isn’t a rough part of the city. So I dunno 🤷‍♂️

Another day some good some not do awesome. Gratitude…getting there by His grace.

Shifting my gaze from around me to Jesus…not easy. That’s probably to be expected.

Went to the clinic today. Counseling.. every 6 to 8 weeks. Taunting from the receptionist area. I got up to go to the water fountain and then..,

Well he needs to know how we feel about him on and on.

I dunno 🤷‍♂️ no wonder so many people get stuck either in treatment or in antipsychiatry, they make it so hard to shrug it off and move on.

Counseling itself is ok ✅ I’m constantly horrified by the psych industry. Usually at this clinic I’d be seeing a nurse now and then and a prescriber at most 3 times yearly, and then…? I sometimes honestly think just being human is becoming a mental illness…

I can take neurontin at a super low dose for anxiety. If things get intense I can take a little more of the atypical tranquilizer. So…

Yeah. One of those days I think. I took extra atypical when I came home from yet another dinner at my wonderful parents house. And…

I dunno 🤷‍♂️ I don’t know when exactly I entered the magic realm of schizoaffective but…ugh. I do hear voices sometimes. I am also taunted. Both are true.

God has willed that I be healthy and normal and surprisingly smart. A lot of those blessings came after I was officially labeled etc. I don’t pretend to understand…

In my life.
My strange times are commercial food additives.
The first generation MSG formulations would just seem to make me angry. Life would be going jus fine, but suddenly anger would hit for no seeming reason.

I got several meal coupons one year and I finally tracked it down (identified) the problem.

There have been several MSG formulations, and some do not have a negative effect.

Antibiotics given to animal, effect meat and may be a problem now. Just feel strange.

That makes sense. Im on a budget so I can’t eat completely organic but…

Shelling out for a couple organic items seems to help. In my case it’s milk and beans. Milk in particular seems to often involve lots and lots of toxic chemicals so I feel ok ✅ about spending more to avoid all that.

We are not in Eden now.

Meat was added because of the fall of man and eating of the herbs of outside Eden.
