For the Fellows: Creatine Muscle Supplments

I don't use it, but I've talked to a friend that is a bodybuilder. He told me that essentially all it does is make your body become somewhat addicted to it. Because when you take it, your body stops producing it as much as it did before. So it begins to depend on the supplement. I wouldn't advise taking it.
 
Im not really sure exactly what it is...but I know my older brother has started taking it some because he is playing rugby now. He is getting bigger and it is easier for him to create muscle. He is also taking protein shakes and working out a lot. I am not sure about the side effects but I would definitely be interested in learning more about it.
