Personally, I find normal egg nog too thick, so I thin it out a bit by mixing it with milk.

Also, if you do that, then add about a shot of Kahlua...good stuff.
 
Egg nog is good without alchohol too. A little nutmeg or cinnamon on top...boom good drink.

With my family gathering for Thanksgiving, one unanimous vote thus far for the menu: My egg nog. The non version for the grandkiddies & soon-to-be-grandkiddies ... the full version for the adults.

Egg nog is in a food group all its own!
