But man enslaves man with the dollar, dangling the carrot before him that's in the chains of labour. Let us trade all your time for a morsel of life.

Sadly, money is a part of life and it doesn't grow on trees so we trade our time and skills for it. If you feel like a slave, you need to find a different trader.

Money doesn't grow on trees. It grows at the federal reserve

This is close enough to be called a loaded question I suppose.Where do you get your food and water?
.

Thieves.
Which is why I'm going to be growing my own garden, and filtering my own water. Who said their had to be a price on resources to live? What if I some day harnessed air, and made everyone pay to breathe. Then you'd be asking where do you get your air?

By "thieves" do you mean you steal your food and water?
And the reason I asked to begin with is because you said money kills people. If money is evil, where do you get the things you need to sustain your life?
Just curious.
Brother, you totally missed it what he meant. :wink
I see nothing but an attempt to say money is a need.
If that's the case then, that's the truth, and I made a misjudgement.Nah, he meant that God provides for us. We get our food and water from God.
If that's the case then, that's the truth, and I made a misjudgement.
But I'm not seeing that in the contexts (e.g: "the reason I asked to begin with is because you said money kills people").
This is key right here. You don't need money to be sustained. I don't need to take the road men tell me to take, just because it's how everyone else does it.
Who pays for the roof over your head? Who paid for your last 25 meals? Where do you get the water to stay hydrated? Where do you shower, where do you sleep?
Unless you're naked and living in a cave, eating roots and drinking out of a stream, someone invested a lot of money in you. A lot of that evil money that kills was used to keep you alive.
You should think about that.
.
This doesn't prove that money is needed or good. It just sates the fact that money is used to get things. That's the thing. It's man that has deemed money a need. It's not a need. It's a desire. It's a want. It doesn't sustain. It just enslaves. It's fake. It doesn't have value.
Money is the worst thing ever invented.
White chocolate is second.
Its sad that people depend on something so much that has no value that they think they can't live without it.Try living without it.
