Why does Rev.18:2 say,
And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hated bird; KJV
Became a habitation of devils? Babylon always been been those things.
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. Rev.11:15 KJV
Are become? Everything in existence has always belonged the God. It's like we're reading about what "will be", but misunderstanding that it has always been that way.
I think we should be looking at scripture in light of our Lords' resurrection. It's because of that revelation we can know the One True God of heaven and earth.
