Has God fulfilled his promise to Israel?

I am reading through the Bible again and came upon this verse last night:

43Thus the LORD gave to Israel all the land that he swore to give to their fathers. And they took possession of it, and they settled there. 44And the LORD gave them rest on every side just as he had sworn to their fathers. Not one of all their enemies had withstood them, for the LORD had given all their enemies into their hands. 45Not one word of all the good promises that the LORD had made to the house of Israel had failed; all came to pass.

Seems that this promise was fulfilled long ago.

I believe when people come to faith in Christ, they "enter" his Kingdom. "Possessing the land" is comparable to living in Christ,

ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem...Heb.12:22

For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation. Psa.132:13

ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. Eph.2:22

Also,
These all died in faith, not having received the promises....Heb.11:13

Which apparently contradicts Jos.21:43. Paul says,

it is not the children by physical descent who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring. Rom.9:8

So OT believers dwelt in the land God promised them by the fruit of Jesus'Spirit.
If an individual isn't born again,

he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Jn.3:5

What are you saying exactly, OT saints are not born-again? Are you anti Paul ?

8. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
9. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
10. For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker isGod.

In faith we may not see or know everything in the natural.

No. I'm saying Heb.11 says they suffered as Jesus did because they were born again.
I'm saying Heb.11 says they suffered for the same reason Jesus did, with One exception. They violated the living Word of God.
I'm saying the only reason Jesus put up with all the bs heaped on him, is because he loved even people who hated him. He had the power to destroy his enemies but didn't do it.
So when scripture says OT believers entered the rest he promised them, we should understand him this way,

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Jn.14:27

And the peace of God,which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Phil.4:7 (read preceding verses)

I believe by faith we begin seeing Gods' Kingdom through the natural world he created. Seeing a mirror image.

Yes, believers regardless of race.
