Has the LORD confused the GOP party?

The bible teaches us that the LORD used the spirit of confusion and made many undiscerning when you come against the righteous and His Will. My question is, has the LORD confused the GOP party by trying to repeal and replace health care vs. fixing and improving it?
 
I doubt it. Politics is a confusing business. The government has no business in the health care industry. The fact that ObamaCare is self-destructing is proof of this. It's not the job of the government to provide health care and in fact, they can't do it efficiently. The government always ruins things like this. The Lord didn't confuse them. They were confused before the process even began.

We will support sexual and reproductive health and rights around the globe. In addition to expanding the availability of affordable family planning information and contraceptive supplies, we believe that safe abortion must be part of comprehensive maternal and women’s health care and included as part of America’s global health programming. Therefore, we support the repeal of harmful restrictions that obstruct women’s access to health care information and services, including the “global gag rule” and the Helms Amendment that bars American assistance to provide safe, legal abortion throughout the developing world.

If God chooses political sides, why didn't he inspire the democrats devise a system that is not on the path to unsustainability and self-destruction?

This is the Democratic party. And the party excludes the Democrats for Life group. They don't get a voice in the party.
 
Not knowing anything about Democrats for Life Group... I am asking if they support the democrat party..

Reading a little bit serving two masters comes to mind..

I'm sure they hold to many of the same principles but not when it comes to abortion. Here's their FAQ which gives some information to their position as Democrats. They don't support Republicans. Only Democrats who share their aversion to abortion. http://democratsforlife.org/index.php/about-us/faq-s

I like this group because I can quote them when debating liberals and they can't accuse me of using Republican talking points. I also use arguments from http://www.feministsforlife.org so they can't use the "well you're a man so of course you'd say that" argument. There's a group atheists for life too but I'm not sure how active they are. I'll bet there are Conservatives that are in favor of a "woman's right to choose" but they keep that quiet. I'll have to google that one.
 
I've moved past political parties. I am convinced they just play good cop/bad cop with the American people and are playing the ends against the middle. The differences between the two parties is largely window dressing with any real differences being hashed out behind closed doors with the respective sides simply vying on who is top dog.

both parties work for the (very) rich. The difference is that the democrats want enough of a safety net to keep capitalism going reasonably smoothly, while the GOP seems to want all out class warfare...sooner, rather than later.

that would be the left, the black man is too stupid to work and support himself or any other minority, evil rich white male wants them to be self supporting, imagine that.
 
really? The Republicans spent most of 50+ years working with the democrats...
Look around what do we have... outlandish debt... as many poor as ever ..people not knowing their gender.. Dead babies ... graft.... corruption .. open boarders...
I did/do not elect those who represent me to not do so.. I did not elect anyone to go play yes men to the democrats..

We dont know if we would have been better off to not have them thieves (Both parties) working in DC .
 
With regard to the recent AHCA bill, it's obvious the do-nothing Dems would prefer to see American citizens suffer under the unsustainable and very costly ACA (AKA Obamacare). They seem to prefer to read stats that show some areas in the US have only 1 insurance offered through the ACA .... they don't mind at all that people have seen their premiums - that the people are paying - increase greatly, and also contend with sky-high deductibles.

And yet these same Dems shed crocodile tears about the deportations of criminal illegals and temporary bans of people from specific countries that are unable to verify their citizens. They demand Planned Parenthood be funded by taxpayers' dollars, all the while dismissing the fact that abortion kills babies. They stood with a president who mocked some of the citizens in the US who "cling to their Bibles and their guns."

The Repubs couldn't come to agreement on Phase 1 of the AHCA reconciliation bill. That isn't confusion. That's some in that party wanting more done to repeal what is horribly broken.

The bill us worse then obamacare.hopefully we do get a better fix.
