have any of the 7 seals been opened yet?

IMO I think we are still in the beginning of sorrows as what Jesus taught the disciples in Matthew 24:4-8 as these things have escalated throughout the generations, but I don't believe the first seal has been broken yet.

The seven seals that only Jesus is worthy to open span the next fifteen chapters of Revelation. Chapter six only explains the first six seals as in a brief scenario of what is about to take place during the timing of Gods seven trumpet and seven vial chastisements. Hopefully many will come back to God through repentance during the time of His fierce wrath upon those of disobedience as God would that none should perish, 2 Peter 3:9.

Jesus spoke to His Disciples in Matthew Chapter twenty four of those things all of us need to be watchful of before His return as no man knows the day nor the hour of His return. It is not until Rev Chapter eight that we see the seventh seal being opened that begins with the seven trumpets and leads up to the seven vial judgments of Gods fierce wrath. The seventh trumpet begins the full explanation of what happens to those who walk in disobedience to God before the great and terrible day of the Lords return as the powers of heaven will be shaken, Joel 2:30, 31; Luke 21:26.

When we see the word thunder used in scripture it usually denotes that of Gods great power wanting our full attention. This is what is happening within the seven seals and seven trumpets. God wants us to pay close attention to His warnings of things that are yet to come. To those who continue to walk in disobedience going after other gods, Jeremiah Chapter 7, His final fierce wrath falls on those of disobedience who refuse to repent and turn back to Him as His longsuffering and patience is now at an end, Numbers 14:18; 2 Peter 3:9.

The first four seals are various horses with riders of destruction that are revealed to John. This is not Gods wrath poured out as of yet as His fierce wrath begins with the first trumpet sounding after the breaking of the seventh seal that leads through all events of Gods seven trumpet chastisements and seven vial judgments that are warnings to those who have not repented and remain in disobedience to God. During the time of Gods fierce wrath of those who walk in disobedience He still leaves that door of repentance opened up until the time of Christ return when the door of salvation will be closed forever to those who refuse to repent.

Jesus opens the seals and proceeds to reveal their meanings to John. The first four seals are that of four horses and what their riders bring with them. The first is false Christ, second to take peace from the earth, third is famine and the fourth is death and hell as found in the grave. Notice how each one is in succession of the other from first to last as already spoken by Christ in His Olivet disclosure in Matthew 24:4-13 as being the beginning of sorrows. There have always been sorrows, but never on a Global scale that will be seen during the timing of each rider of the four horses.

Do we know if any of the seven seals have been already opened? Rev 6
I believe differ than most.
I believe the seals are the knowledge of the 7 trumps and 7 vials.
The seals are on one's forehead, mind..
The trumps could not sound until those chosen were sealed.
So yes, good possibility that the chosen are being sealed with knowledge of the trumps and so forth.
Most importantly is knowing that the so called antichrist comes at the 6th trump, and the true Christ at the 7th.
Don't be deceived!

Rev.7:3

Dan.12:9,10
Go thy way Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried, but the wicked shall do wickedly and none of the wicked shall understand,
But the wise shall understand.

2 Peter 3:1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
2 Peter 3:2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Savior:
2 Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

Revelation 6:1-8
First seal - white horse, Matthew 24:5

Second seal - red horse Matthew 24:6

Third seal - black horse Matthew 24:7

Fourth seal - pale horse Matthew 24:8,9

The scoffers say we have always had wars and rumors of war, nations against nations, pestilences, and earth quakes and they are right about that, but do not see the greater sign even here in America that all these things are on a greater scale worldwide and not centrally located anymore. The increase is the beginning of sorrows spoken of in Matthew 24:1-13 and Rev Chapter six as I believe we are into the first six seals with the seventh seal getting closer that begins the seven trumpets sounding. Maybe in our life time or not, it is still coming and now is the time to be prepared for the return of the Lord.

They do not see that of antichrist who will promise peace and show great wonders in the sky that could even deceive the very elect if possible as this false prophet will show that of Christ coming in the air and many will see this false christ and take the mark of this beast, bowing down and worship the beast, Revelation chapter 13.

Revelation 6:1-8:

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

White horse represents a rider with great power and authority as in early wars where Generals would always ride a white horse as they went forth conquering and to conquer. The rider of this white horse is a false Christ: Matthew 24:5, 24; Revelation 19:11-15.

And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.

Red horse symbolizes Global war bringing much bloodshed to the land. The rider on the red horse takes peace from the earth and they should kill one another and there was given unto him a great sword: Matthew 24:6-10; Revelation 19:15

And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Black horse is a symbol of famine as the rider holds a pair of balances in his hands causing much famine which follows after wars. Many will not be able to afford a days wage in order to feed for their families. Instead of coming to God they reach out to the beast out of the earth as they receive the mark of this beast, Rev 13; 1 Kings 8:37-43; Romans 8:34.

And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.

Pale horse is a symbol of sickness and disease that follows after war that causes great famine in the world as many become sick and weak from dehydration and malnutrition and eventually die.

The pale horse riders name is Death. Following Death is Hell which means one that is laid in a grave after they have physically died as you can read in Strong’s Exhausted Concordance Hebrew #7585 – Greek # 86. Death is not a final destination, but a state of being until Christ returns and all, saint and sinner, will hear the voice of Christ to raise from their graves as some will raise to eternal life and some to eternal damnation, John 5:28, 29, Revelation 20:11-15.

Amen, well said, I agree, but that is also the trumps, the action of the seals.
The seals are not in order as the trumps.

As mentioned the 6th seal state, Rev.6:17
For the great day of His wrath is come....

Rev.11:18, 7th trump
And Thy wrath is come....

Vials..
Rev.15:1 filled with the wrath of God being poured....

I have to disagree as I do see the seven seals being in order leading up to the seventh seal being opened that starts the sounding of the first trump.

There are three woes in Revelations as each one is worse than the other. The first one starts with the opening of the seventh seal in Rev 8:1 through Rev 9:12 that include the first five trumpets. The second woe starts in Rev 9:13 with the sixth trumpet and ends in Rev 11:14. The third woe starts with the seventh trumpet in Rev 11:15 ending in Rev 20:15.

It's during the sounding of the seventh trumpet as being the last trumpet mentioned in 1 Corinthians 15:52 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16 that during this last trumpet mystery Babylon being the mother of harlots will be revealed as the the son of perdition will be exposed, 2 Thessalonians 2:3. This is the false prophet as he forces all to bow down to him and take the mark of the beast or face persecution even to death as many saints of God at this time will die a martyr's death for their witness and testimony of Christ. Many who are weak in faith will fall away from Christ as they accept this mark as they fear for their own lives as this is the falling away the scriptures speak of in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 and Hebrews 6:4-6 as many will be deceived as even now by all the false doctrines that are being taught by man.

It's not until after the seven vial judgements, Rev 16, that mystery Babylon the great is exposed, Rev 17, and then destroyed, Rev 18, as Christ returns in the air with His army of angels, Rev 19:11-21, being only the heavenly host (angels) as no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven, John 3:13. At this time on the last day, John 6:40, Christ will destroy the beast and the false prophet, being the son of perdition, casting them into the lake of fire and slaying the remnant, possibly being the leaders of every nation that the beast out of the sea in Rev 13 controls and gives power to as they rule over the nations.

How many times does the wrath of God appear? Once
How many times does the antichrist appear? Once
As I posted above, each seal, trump and vial has His wrath coming 3 times.
Rev.6:17 Seal
Rev.11:18 trump
Rev.16:1 vial
How can this be?
They are the same.
When Christ returns at the 7th trump, the last trump, He pours out His wrath..Rev.11:15-18.
As in the seals, Rev.6:16,17.
The vials are the wrath being poured on the Great Harlot, the Beast, those whom took his mark, etc.

Antichrist comes
As you stated Rev.6:2 seal
Rev.9:1-20
The fallen angels which have a king over them, Apollyon, Satan...trump
He only comes once, thus, one and the same in my humble opinion.

How many times does Christ appear, come? 1 more time, 2nd coming.

Rev.6:16,17 seal
Rev.11:15 trump
Thus, my belief,
The seals and the trumps are in Matt.24:4-31, Mark 13:5-27 Luke 21:8-28.

However, I do agree with your sequence of events to how it will be.
:wink

I don't see God's wrath coming three different times, but after the seventh seal is opened begins the sequence and God's timing of each trumpet sounding as with each trumpet the more intense God's wrath is as the nations (people) refuse to turn back to Him.

Jesus does not pour out the seven vials as it is the seven angels of God as Jesus tells them to go their ways and pour out their vials as I believe the voice out of the temple in heaven was Jesus, Rev 16:1. These seven vial judgements are the last part of the seventh trumpet that has sounded. The first vial brought great sores on those who take the mark of the beast. The second vial was poured out upon the sea and every living soul within it died. The third vial was poured out on the rivers and streams of water as they were turned to blood that no man could drink from them. The fourth vial was poured out on the sun that scorched men with fire as they refused to repent. The fifth vial was poured out upon the seat of the beast or in other words the nation of mystery Babylon as this kingdom was plunged in darkness and they gnawed their tongues for they no longer have their seat or great authority. The sixth angel poured his vial out on the great river Euphrates as the water was dried up in order for the three demonic spirits being the dragon (Satan), the beast being the ruling power over the nations and it's false prophet as they prepare for the battle of Armageddon. The seventh vial was poured out into the air as a great voice out of the temple of heaven saying "it is done" as God finished His great wrath upon those who rejected Him and His Son Jesus as now mystery Babylon has been described and it's kingdom destroyed as the people of the earth that drank from her cup bewail her destruction.

Now is the time of Christ return as He sends His angels out to the four corners of the earth to gather His own to Him , Matthew 24:29-31, as with the brightness of His coming, 2 Thessalonians 2:8, He cast the beast and false prophet into the lake of fire and destroys all the remnant, possibly being the rulers in every nation that followed after the beast, Rev 19:11-21.

I don't see it coming 3 times also.
Which is why I believe they are connected together.
You say the seals are as in Matt.24:,which I believe, BUT, they are also the trumps.
When Jesus returns His wrath will be poured, which starts the 1000 year reign, right?
Again,
Rev.6:17
For the GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH IS COME, and who shall be able to stand. Seal

Rev.11:15-18
The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ, and He shall reign 4 ever.. trump

This are after the 2 witnesses are killed..

And the nations were angry, and THY WRATH IS COME....give reward to the saints....trump..

Can you see what I am trying to convey?

When you read Rev Chapter 8 it's when the seventh seal is broken by Christ who is the only one worthy of opening the seven seals in heaven, Rev 5:1-5, is when the first of the seven trumpets sounds as Christ sends forth each of the seven angels one in succession of the other. The 1000 year reign does not begin until after Christ returns and cast the beast and false prophet into the lake of fire and binds Satan as then the 1000 years begin.

Side note: I don't believe a 1000 years in Rev 20 to be literal years, but only symbolic of a certain period of God's timing as nowhere else in scripture other than Rev 20 does it mention a literal 1000 year reign of Christ here on earth, but symbolic as in Deuteronomy 7:9; 1Chronicles 16:15; Psalms 50:10; 90:4; 105:8 Ecc 6:6; 7:28; Daniel 5:1; 2Peter 3:8.

Rev 6:16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

When I read this it is only God that sits on the throne in the third heaven as Jesus sits at His right hand side giving the commands of God to the seven angels. It's God's wrath that will be poured out into the earth through Christ, not Christ wrath, during the seven trumpets that include the seven vial judgements. It is given to Christ to open the seven seals being He is the only worthy one to do so and sends out each angel to deliver God's wrath out into the world.

In Rev 6:17 those who will be able to stand are those servants of God meaning those who are of Christ own that are still alive at that time as they are sealed by God unto the day of redemption, Ephesians 4:30. This also includes the 144,000 of all the tribes of Israel, Rev 7:1-4.

Rev 11:14-19
Here we see much rejoicing in heaven for the time is now that the mystery of God will be finished as he declared this to the prophets, Revelation 10:7. God will make an end to all sinful abominations here on earth against His people as His mighty power will reign as now the blood of the martyred saints will be avenged. God is about to destroy the enemy for eternity and all the Kingdoms or nations of the world will now have become the Kingdoms and nations of God and no man will ever be able to take them out of Gods hands again, John 10:27, 28. The time of Gods longsuffering in His patience for those who need to repent, 2 Peter 3:9, has now come to an end and all glory and honor is given to His name.

The reward unto the servants of God is that of being delivered from all the persecutions against them, those alive and asleep in the grave as when the temple is opened in heaven the ark of the covenant is seen as this is Gods covenant promise of His blessings to those who have been faithful to Him as being part of the covenant God made with Abraham and every generation after him, Genesis 12:1-3. The covenant promise is now to be fulfilled in that all Gods faithful children will have eternal life with Him as He completes the final purification of heaven and earth in order to usher down the New Jerusalem where we will be with the Lord forever.

Lightning is a strong force of power as in Gods power in heaven. The thunder is the voice of Gods power when He speaks. When God speaks even the earth quakes at His voice. The great hail is that of Gods seventh vial judgment that is about to be made on those who refuse to repent and the weight of each hail stone is the weight of a talent which is around 75 pounds each, Revelation 16:21.

The nations are angry because of Gods wrath that torments them day and night as it is a mystery to those Pharisee types that think themselves pious as they follow false religions and beliefs, even making themselves gods and have caused others to stray away from truth. All they see is Gods chastisements, but neglect seeing the warning of them to repent. The ignorance of these people is what will cause them to perish as they stand before God in judgment, Hosea 4:6, 7.
