Hello from England!

[New Day Coming]

A friend of mine suggested I checked out this forum... I have been a Christian for many years, but spent too many of them in a "me first" Christianity. About 2013 the wheels fell off and for two years the Lord took me through his refiners fire. I am focussed on reaching the lost, creation and science, the authenticity of scripture, the types and shadows in the OT, digging deep and searching out fulfilled and yet to be fulfilled prophecy.

I love it when iron sharpens iron and believe we were born for such a time as this!

Yes, the multitude of types found in the OT are critical for understanding the various facets of propositional theological truths/principles found in Scripture. Theological truths are described in Scripture, but they are also demonstrated through biblical events containing types. The OT is still very relevant to the NT generation for spiritual understanding and spiritual formation.
