Makes sense. The Revelation was given to John who was around 60, while under exile from Nero to give to the christians warning them about what was soon to take place. Jerusalem and the temple were still standing and are mentioned as standing but Jerusalem was called “sodom.” It’s beautifully understandable.

I don't think Preterism changed my faith, it just made me understand the Bible better. It especially made me reject the dispensationalism running rampant in the Church.
