I am Accepted Dream

I am at a families house and I am friends with them , it is a large family . They are all gathering around a table to eat . Their young son has autism and never has anything to do with me , until today .
I am standing and the autistic child comes over wordlessly and hugs me and I am surprised by that happening to say the least . Now he leads me over to the table and motions that I am to take his place at the table , he never sits anywhere else but he is giving up his place for me and he then goes to another chair to sit down at the table .
The rest of the family at the table does not really pay attention to what is going on . I am so overcome by the child's actions toward me that I am choking back tears and have to leave the room to regain my composure . End of dream .

Dreams do not mean much. They tend to be experiences jumbled up with fantasies. But i would say you have a good heart by the dream. Stay kind to others.

So many years ago I would have probably agreed with you but that is no longer the case as I found out God was communicating with me through my dreams not every dream but still I now pay attention to my dreams to see if there is a message and sometimes the message is for me or for others in my life . For example .

My dream started with me standing looking in a room and I had a narrator tell me it was a hospital room . As I looked I saw the room only had a bed , a roll around table , and a chair , no medical outlets on the wall . I said this does not look like a hospital room but the unseen narrator said yes it is a hospital room and I thought oh whatever this is just a dream after all .
Next I find myself standing at the large window that was in the room and as I look out the detail is perfect and in HD , it is a beautiful day outside and I see all the details around the hospital .
Long story short , I ended up in that exact hospital room about 5 months later ! There was no doubt about it being the exact room because I was shown such detail in my dream . After that I really started paying close attention to my dreams . I was so blessed to have seen my future like that because it was quit a trial to end up in the hospital like I did .

Would you start paying attention to your dreams after something like this happened to you Prycejosh1987 ?

But i would say you have a good heart by the dream. Stay kind to others.

Thanks ! Yes of course that is an imperative told to us by Jesus and should be second nature for us as a Christian in our everyday life to be ready to help others so they can see the light of Jesus in our actions and attitude .

Any more word on if this might have to do with that brother on the other forum? It was obviously for someone, the question is who.

God said Christians would have dreams in the Last Days. These are the Last Days. I see the "Last Days" as defined by the time when Israel began their long age of national punishment, the Jewish Diaspora. The "Last Days," if I'm correct about this, has been going on for a long time. There have been, I'm sure, lots of dreams!

I'm naturally skeptical about things. But like Hawkman, there are some things that I cannot and will not deny. In my experience dreams are more often than not simply ways for the mind to decompress, filled with images that characterize thoughts of the previoud day, and perhaps fears.

But at times dreams take on the form of a "message." That's when I have to sit up and take notice.

I've really had some weird dreams in my life--some that characterize God giving me rest, and some message-like. But they show me God is in charge.

Some of my rest dreams that were weird were dreams in which I had the power to fly. One dream I was totally aware that I was dreaming. But in more recent times I get an occasional message-dream in which the dream assumes a form in which I learn something.

One of the weirdest dreams I had was when in my dream God told me He could answer any question I had. While dreaming I woke up, and began to ask questions with answers coming immediately back. I went to my wife and told her to ask me anything!

Okay, I don't have that wisdom anymore! ;) But it really happened. I can't just act like it didn't happen.

I won't try to interpret every dream. I was trained, a bit, in psychology. And I'm not going to do the Rorchach thing. Not every image will tell you something like a Tarot card, although what we see may indeed tell us something about ourselves.

Let's just be honest and see God where He can be seen. And if we walk with Him everyday, I think we'll see Him much more often--maybe in everything we see?

The church age began on Pentecost in the year 29 AD. We are very close to the end of the church age and the beginning of the Kingdom age. I use this date because of Apophis. Luke 21:25 states: “There will be signs in the sun, moon, and stars, and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves.”

Yes, Pentecost began the Church Age, but the "Last Days" signify Israel's last final punishment as a nation. As we can see in the news Israel's days of "punishment" may be coming to an end. But not yet...

I don't really understand the "signs in the heavens" thing. I'm anxious to understand what the ancient Jews understood by this. I'm asking someone I trust about it. Thanks about the asteroid.

Elijah, be careful with the date setting, and I say that only to advise you to be cautious about what you teach. There is another guy who tours the various Christian forums and touts this doctrine/ interpretation of prophecy. He's built an entire doctrine around it and unfortunately he's way off.

It's an interesting thing to watch, but it is not going to signal the end by a long shot, and I'm just fulfilling a spiritual obligation to tell you that. We still have way too far to go.

Bill Gates was the one that said airplanes were going to fall out of the sky and coffee makers are going to quit working in Y2K. But that was just a scam to sell more computers.

Matthew 24 7 "As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

The question "when will this happen" applies to when the Temple will be tore down. As far as the 2000 years that is a fact. I am not saying anything is going to happen. I have no idea how we go from the church age to the kingdom age.

We already know the temple was tore down in 70AD. But if you want to question if we know that or not is fine with me. After all we do not know when Jesus was born for sure. We do not know for sure when the first Pentecost was.

All of this is based on a comet and we are told there will signs.
