[__ Prayer __] I have a few prayer requests

Dear sister, I know the experience of suffering with others as they go through trials of their faith, and you will be brought into the fight with them. I also pray for strength in your life to be able to stand and withstand the test given you. I will be praying for the Lord's will to be done in your lives that will become a great blessing to your family, as well as something that is truly glorifying our Lord. Father, have mercy in the lives of this family in Jesus' name. Amen.

My dad is supposed to come home next month, but he can't if the thing in his arm won't work for dialysis. (Please don't make me explain. xD) And it's not working last time they checked, though it was working before that.
Just a quick update on my dad's situation...

Dear sister, having problems with dialysis access can take longer with some, and hopefully the following link will give you an understanding of the procedure and options if you're not familiar with them yet. May God bless you and your family in Jesus' name.

Today the transportation company that takes my dad to and from dialysis got into a wreck.
Thankfully my dad was not with them...they were on the way to picking him up, though. And the people who were inside died instantly...

With all that happens and us still being here, sometimes we forget just how quickly death could happen.
I'll pray for their families.

My prayers go out to the families. I can imagine how your dad is feeling. Our minds cannot comprehend all that goes on...but God knows. May he comfort the grieving families.

Prayers continue for you & your family, Questdriven ... Sometimes we simply don't know why things happen the way they do ... all we can do is continue to trust in our Lord's grace & miraculous blessings.

Thanks for the update on your dad, my friend!

Something happened and my dad had to go to the ER. The catheter in his neck came out and he's bleeding pretty badly, or so I'm told.

First, my grandmother. Two of the main arteries in her neck are almost completely blocked. These arteries lead to the brain, so they are very important. She could have a stroke at any time. She's going to be having surgery to fix it sometime, but in the meantime she's at high risk.
She also have a bunch of other health problems.

For my dad, who is in the hospital. He's paralyzed and bedridden, so it's not uncommon for him. But still, the situation isn't very nice right now. He's almost recovered from what I'm told, but....it's complicated.

For my mom, because I know there is a lot of stress on her right now.

For some friends of mine who could also use prayers.

Bless their hearts..

im sorry for your loss ,God bless you all and comfort strengthen and encourage each of you

praying

God bless

The day for my dad to come home keeps getting delayed, for several reasons. At this point it looks like it'll be another month or two, at the very least. He's getting some surgery done on the catheter in his arm that's going to be used for home dialysis.

Anyway, some people have been helping us with some other problems we were having, and I'm thankful for that. I always say I know some awesome people. :yes

I'll mention briefly that I tend to get stressed out a easier than normal lately myself, but it's more related to my own frustrations than anything and I think it's possibly normal for someone my age since I have more responsibilities now. IDK. I almost feel guilty for mentioning it because I don't want to complain, but there.
But I think that, out of all the people who need prayer, I need it the least.

Dear sister, if you can remember that God is doing all things for your good as we read in Romans 8:28, and for your dad also.

Also know that Paul also requested prayer, and there is nothing too big or small in God's eyes when we seek Him for mercy and grace in our time of need. 1 Thessalonians 5:25 Brethren, pray for us.

Dear Father, please bring comfort and peace to this dear saint as she and her family pass through the trial of their faith. Make Your blessings to them manifest as they see the work accomplished in their lives You want for them that will endure forever. Have Your way now LORD that will add the finishing touch to that which will put them into Your perfect will for their lives, and add joy to replace sorrow as You do Your best work of true healing in them for Your glory. Thank You Father and I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

There is no shame in asking for prayer no matter how trivial the matter may be (your situation is not trivial to me at all). It's a mark of humility and shows initiative in faith. We all know that prayers work wonders and the LORD listens and loves us. Thank you for your updates with the situation regarding your father. I will continue to be praying for you and your family.

Our Heavenly Father already knows what you need, your frustrations and the situation. Thank God we can come to Him for anything, including asking for emotional comfort.

My dad has some new wounds that are making things harder on him. He has to be moved on a stretcher, and apparently they brought the wrong size one time, which created some pressure sores. Or something like that.

So sorry to hear about this. (Praying). Sounds like it's a more longstanding thing, than the result of a recent accident. Hope he and the family can experience peace of mind.

Blessing.

Dear Father, I come before You again asking for Your mercy to be applied to this family. Please heal this loved Father in Jesus' name. Amen.

A few things happened with my dad that I didn't mention here. A couple of emergencies. But they're past now.
He's in a different nursing home now--in another hour we'll be on our way to visit him. Can't very well leave him alone on Thanksgiving.
There's a few things in the way of him coming home--hopefully he'll be able to be home by Christmas at least.

Still a lot of stress on my mom--besides all this stuff with my dad, she is supposed to have a surgery that she has to keep puting off because we don't know when my dad is coming back. The surgery isn't about something urgent, but she does need it. Other stuff going on with her, too.

As far as me--personal stuff. I've only told a few people exactly what.

God has been providing for our other types of needs.:)
