It is freezing in all 50 states

Every state in the Union had a reporting station somewhere in the state below freezing Tuesday morning.

That includes Hawaii, where the temperature at Mauna Kea on the Big Island dropped to 31 degrees.

In Florida, it was in the upper 20s in the Panhandle and freeze warnings were in effect.

Tuesday was the coldest November morning since 1976, according to meteorologist Ryan Maue of WeatherBELL Analytics. The average overnight low for the Lower 48 states was 19.4 degrees, Maue said.

Erie Lake effect brought us 5 inches of snow yesterday. We live an hour south of Erie, PA. low last night was 6 degrees the high today was 19. Farmers Almanac said we are to have a very cold winter again with record low's and they haven't been wrong yet. Could thing I'm a homebody and only go out about once a week.

That was suppose to be good thing, not could thing............been in here way to long today.

Picking up after hubby is only a morning thing before my other chores of the day, but he is getting better at picking up after himself after me :nag nagging him all the time. I become a recluses in the winter only going out Wednesday to get groceries and pay some bills. The cold whether really messes with all the metal I have in my knees and hip so I stay inside and keep warm.

lol, 15x273 degrees of Celsius is really hot. I would say about 3000 degrees in f. Kelvin is used for finding the absolute state of cold.

Why should you pick up after him?I have found a good remedy for this.If your family throws their dirty clothes all over the place and then they expect you to pick them up....don't.When they are asking "where are my clean clothes?" you say "they were not in the hamper so they did not get cleaned".

Just brought up old school I guess. Now if we had kids and they left clothes lay around that would be another story. At least now he puts them in a pile and then takes them upstairs when he goes to bed and they make it in the hamper now.

My dad was so much the opposite.He would hang all of his shirts in the closet even if they were dirty.My mom would have to go through the closet and pick out what was dirty.
My kids were very young when they took on the task of washing,drying and folding their own clothes.

20 degrees in Philly this morning, it is now 30 at 12:05 PM
