It is freezing in all 50 states

Just got off the phone with my daughter in NH. She says it's been cold but they don't have any snow. It's suppose to rain Monday and be in the 60's.

I like the seasons.I would hate to live in a place that was always hot.

Hubby would love to move back to Florida where he was raised, but I can't stand that heat in the summer and I need my rolling hills and rivers. I could never live in the city. PA all the way.

Upstate NY here...checking IN- I live about 3hrs from Buffalo. The ground is clear here with some flurries and around 30 deg. Good Christmas shopping weather.

You live in Amish country :)

I'm in NW PA, but we do have a lot of Amish around us here.

Thank God you didn't get all that snow. I heard some parts there had up to 5 feet. I couldn't even imagine that much. I freak when we get a foot.

As much as I dislike that white powder, I would love to see that. :yes

The first snow is always my favorite when it falls with the big fluffy flakes, but then it can go away.

I like to watch about two hours of it.It is peaceful and pretty then say "Bye bye it has been nice".

Some of the best snows for me have been when the snow blows through the air all day but doesn't accumulate.

South/east Georgia.

We actually had frost this morning. I could see the crystals on the car window. Oh, and it killed a bunch of grass, including my church's lawn. (I was there this evening cleaning and stuff.)
I remember getting frost on our car's windshield years back. But until this morning that hadn't happened here in recent years.

Back up to the mid 70's in Dallas Tx today. Two days ago it was in the 20-30's for the low.

My prayers go out to those who are suffering from the cold.Especially in Buffalo,NY.

I heard it's going to be a hard winter and I'm glad. :)

It's best for me when it's bitter cold and the streets are clear so I can drive to the customers house and fix that furnace. I have been busy lately, PTL!

It was sunshine here today, I don't know what the temp was but I took my jacket off and was just wearing my sweatshirt under my uniform shirt most of the day and was very comfortable.

Oh I know that you are not hoping for a hard winter and people to have their furnaces go out for your welfare.

Of course not. But I know they will break down. I need the work so if someone is going to do it, I'd rather it be me than another company.

I certainly have had my share of problems lately with well pumps and water heaters. To tell you the truth those are the times I am glad I rent and I have had honest people to come to the rescue immediately and I have not had to pay for it.Believe me it is not fun to have no water or hot water for days. This guy is a retired construction worker and he did not have to call a repair guy.

See, that's another reason why I want to live in an apartment.
