See, that's another reason why I want to live in an apartment.

I have had my experience with an apartment and it was a nightmare.The advantage of living in an apartment is that you do not have lawn maintenance.

so they can evict you when they sell the place? or that they can also raise the rent? yes renting has an advantage but I will not have to worry about an increase from principal and interest payments. ad valorem and insurance is another matter. but renters pay that as well.

It is uncommon for the to sell an apartment.As long as you pay your rent it is alot more secure than renting a house.Yes,they can raise the rent in an apartment or a house rental.It is always an advantage to buy a house.So if you have that Blessing from God jason that is good.Not everyone can buy a house.

they do here a lot. the house meter is always in the owner or realtors name. they don't always evict but they can. most of the time they don't.of course I love when I have to go to apartments and tell them you might want to call the landlord. he isn't paying for water or garbage or electric.

I have heard of apartments changing management but never selling the whole apartment.

I have, I know of one off the top of my head. I will have to think of another. I know one that I was at today was bought recently, I cant think of its name and its almost a hundred years old. it was likely an old hotel. Spanish style three each in building.the Viking inn is another. chestnut died and its for sale.

That is pretty old.But the new ones I don't think that is very common.In fact they are building new apartments like crazy here.People don't have the money to buy.

they sell, I would have to have been here with this department to see them but I have seen for sale signs on the newer ones. condos etc as well. but those are units not the buildings.

yay, I missed church due to a starter, thanks to monica for giving me a ride to the parts store to get a new one.the wire to the s terminal was loose and while that was the cause the starter was tested and was a bit noisy and had over 191000 miles it. time for a new one

We have some wind coming up with some freezing rain.Do you get the wind that Chicago has?They have good Pizza where you live?

The fog is so thick tonight you could cut it with a knife.I had to turn my thermostat up to 67.That broke my heart.I am such a miser.But my income is pathetic.

Chicago is approximately 2 hours from me - depending upon where in the area I'm destined. So, no, it's a different wind than Chicago.

There is some excellent pizza within 25-30 miles from where I live. My community has several small pizza places, locally owned ... good pizza.

I love Pizza but I am a Pizza snob.No PaPa Murphy's or Dominoes for me.Nope.I like a nice spicy sauce and quality ingredients.That is why I don't get it often..

When I tell people I live in Washington everyone wants to assume that I live in Seattle but oh no I live about 3 hours from Seattle.
