Jesus Christ gave us power to become the sons of God, who believe in His name, to be born not of blood, nor of the will of flesh, but of God( of the Spirit.)
Jesus shows how all who are in the graves will hear His voice, as Jesus is ready to judge the quick and the dead, as the gospel was preached to the dead, for us to be judged according to men in the flesh, and for us to live according to God, in the Spirit.
We then were dead in trespasses and sins, but God quickened us. We come forth to the resurrection of life, not as Martha assumed in the last day, but by believing that Jesus Christ( the I am) is the resurrection and the life, and though we were dead we shall live, and if we live and believe in Jesus we shall never die.
John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
John 5:28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
John 11:24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
1 Peter 4:5 Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.
We are buried in that baptism of Christ( the Spirit) to also be in the likeness of His resurrection.
Our old man( the flesh) is crucified with Christ, it is destroyed.
We believe we shall live with Him, and reckon ourselves to be alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
We are as those who are alive from the dead.
If the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in us, God also quickens our mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwells in us. ( we are quickened together with Christ. Colossians 2:13.)
Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
We know we were not redeemed with corruptible, being born again not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible by the Word of God which LIVES AND ABIDES FOR EVER.
1 Peter 1:18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
1 Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
1 Corinthians 15, speaks all about this resurrection ( of Christ alive and we living with Him.)
We were sown in corruption, but we are raised( with Christ) in power.
Because since by man( Adam) came death ( no resurrection) and by man( Jesus Christ) came the resurrection of the dead.
In Adam all die ( no belief in the power of the resurrection of Christ) in Christ( belief in the resurrection of Christ) shall all be also made alive.
Christ is the firstfruits, who then says He will come to us ( to dwell in us for the resurrection of Christ in us. John 14;18.)
1 Corinthians 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
1 Corinthians 15:21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.
1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.
