Those passages don't prove your point; they don't say what you are making them out to say. We think and breathe because we are created to think and breathe. It simply isn't not biblical to believe that we don't actually think or breathe for ourselves.
Rom 12:3 For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. (ESV)
Phil 3:15 Let those of us who are mature think this way, and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal that also to you. (ESV)
Phil 4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. (ESV)
Etc.
Perhaps the best evidence is that we all think thoughts we ought not to think and we all have erroneous thoughts about the Bible and life. You are free to attribute such thoughts to God if you want, but you would be in wrong for doing so.
