Born again Christians don't "bear evil fruit".
They can't.
There flesh has been destroyed, and they walk in the Spirit.

No scripture says that our flesh has been destroyed.

Totally false. It is by the Spirit that born again Christians must put to death the sinful deeds of the flesh, every single day.

Its not a one time thing as you claim, water baptism somehow makes our physical body, somehow have no sin.

  • Paul instructed born again Christians who had been baptized with this statement:

Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. Romans 6:12-13

If there physical body had been destroyed, then why is Paul telling them to “not let sin reign in your mortal body”?

The way born again Christians exercise dominion over the lustful cravings of the flesh, is by the Spirit; being filled and led by the Spirit.
We are to submit ourselves to the Spirit, to walk according to the Spirit rather than being a slave to sin that dwells in our flesh. This is an everyday practice; the way we practice righteousness because we are empowered inwardly by the Spirit.

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Romans 8:12-14

  • For if you live according to the flesh you will die;
  • but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.

We are to “sow“, to invest our time and effort towards the leading of the Spirit, rather than the desires of our flesh.

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. Galatians 6:7-8

  • For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption,
  • but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.

This is a lifestyle, that we are to continually practice, not a one time thing that happens at water baptism.

Do you believe born again Christians should confess their sins in order to be forgiven?

Please take note that this doctrine teaches God’s people to not confess their sins to be forgiven and cleansed, which ultimately leads God’s people to live with unconfessed sin thinking they are “sinless” and have no need to confess their sins, which will ultimately lead them to be separated from Christ.

Please do not be deceive by such a doctrine.

Here are a few scriptures that instruct us to confess our sins.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
1 John 1:9-10

Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. James 5:16

  • Jesus instructions for a brother who sins: Words of Christ in red.

“Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector. Matthew 18:15-17

  • if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.

How many times is a brother to be forgiven?

Then Peter came to Him and said, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Up to seven times?”
Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven. Matthew 18:21-22
