Gotta tell ya, Kathi, Applebee's is not good food. Oh, sure, it is a step above McD's and perhaps I should not call it 'fast food', but it IS over-processed stuff.

I gave up on that place two months ago (and my expense reports prove it!)



Gary, I consider milk to be GMO - because of all of the hormones in it. I"m not saying GMO is not a concern, but I AM convinced that it is a distraction.

All I eat there is the Oriental Chicken salad.I rarely go there.Maybe once a year.I won't touch McD's.I am telling you I am quite sure that is not real meat.They are getting expensive.We have a fast food place here called Burgerville.It is local so you probably do not know about it.It is more spendy but the meat is real.

I'm not understanding what you're saying when you say "distraction". What do you mean by that?
