[__ Prayer __] Minister's Wife

The wife of the minister of my church has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Her name is Nancy and I ask that brothers and sisters pray for her.

Oh Drew, I've been down this road myself, when my minister's wife died of cancer. This was a number of years back. I remember how the church came together as a true body, hurting, helping, grieving and even rejoicing with each other during that time. It's hard to go through, but also, we all could see how God's loving hand was still in control over the whole situation.

I'll certainly be remembering your minister and his wife as well as your congregation in prayer.
