Thank you I am currently finishing one about the holy spirit
I have artists in the family. God left that gene out of me, but because it is a recessive gene I have a fascination with art.

In Canada I have a relative who does Christian art, in particular with the book of Revelation. My Dad was very artistic, but put most of his time into keyboard music, though he did drawings with pencil. My wife ignored her talent for years, and I encouraged her to do some Bob Ross. She excelled, but we're getting up there in age, and she has digressed.

One of my close friends from years ago, but still on my Facebook, is a very good artist (in my estimation), although with him it is a past time--not an occupation. Some of it is weird, but he is a good Christian. Does drawings with minute circles. ;)

Anyway, God bless you putting things visually--they're the best at getting an idea or feeling across with lasting impression, and it's very enjoyable!

Think about it--dreams, memories, travels--they all are visual, and produce wonderful feelings and thoughts about life. Inspired paintings carry an anointing, I believe. They can actually touch hearts, I think? Your painting above certainly does!!

As an artist I'm hopeless, the best i can do is take a picture with my camera and use image-enhancing programs like Photoshop and Irfanview to adjust their size, contrast/brightness/colour/sharpness etc to make them look good.
For example here's a moon pic I took with my tiny little digital camera at 10x zoom and downloaded it to my computer and then enhanced it-

PS- I hope one night to take pics of Saturn with its dramatic rings and Jupiter with its pretty stripes and enlarge/enhance them, but I live in a city and the light pollution makes it difficult to see stars and planets, and anyway I don't know which area of sky to find them in.

Good shot ! Did you use a tripod ? I mainly use my phone to take pictures lately , I don't have digital cameras .

I'm just a casual 'point and shoot' photographer and don't use a tripod, I just click away while hand-held, although I think I did rest the cam on the windowsill for the moon pic.

I also use enhancement software to spruce up old pics and post them in forums, for example here's a fuzzy original full of blemishes-

And here it is after I cleaned it up-

Oh yeah , that helped then image . I DO have digital cameras , posting from my phone with mixed results , lol .
I have some photo software and Windows has some too I use .
Windows sill works for longer exposures , I have used car hood too for low light conditions .
I have looked at phone mount adapters for tripods but have not purchased one yet .
