Some of you have been praying for Nancy who is my Wife's Twin Sister. Saturday at 2:50pm she slipped away from this world into the arms of Jesus. After her last breath, a smile came on her lips. We know that because of that smile, Jesus had embraced her.

Thank you all for your prayers during this trial of life and death that Debi and I went thru....Nancy's children were more than prepared for their Mother to go home. Praise the Lord for His Grace!

Thank you old buddy for the update. My prayers will continue for you and your family as this major change to your lives ensues, though I imagine it is the loving care our Lord that knows you're capable of that He has bestowed upon you which is the grace of God to be the overcomer you are in Christ Jesus. May God bless this to you all, and of course I know He has, and what a testimony on Nancy smiling. Love you partner.

You, your family and Nancy's family remain in my prayers. Even knowing she's at peace now, the grieving process still happens. May our Lord's loving grace and amazing mercy surround you and comfort you as you face life without Nancy physically being there.

That Nancy had a smile on her face is brilliant news, Chopper ! Such testimony and reassurance in that smile :sohappy

Thank you for that comment of Nancy's smile. I've been present at the death of quite a few who have passed from this life to their everlasting home with Jesus. This is the first time that I have witnessed the struggle of death to a smile of a Saint entering her Lord's embrace.

When the Apostle Paul said in 2 Corinthians 5:6 "So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, 5:7 for we walk by faith, not by sight. 5:8 Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord." That smile on Nancy"s face caused me to realize that it is absolutely true that what the Word of the Lord said thru the Apostle Paul is a reality, not just wishful thinking of man. Praise our Lord Jesus for His matchless power over death and His Grace extended to His dying Saints. IT IS TRUE!!!
