Oh No! Demons again.

Has anyone ever witnessed someone that was possessed by a demon or demons? Or, has anyone ever witnessed a demon or demons 'cast out' of someone?

Yes, I actually assisted in casting out a demon from a guy once. I knew the guy, and he went up to the front of a prayer meeting we were having, and started yelling obscenities at us in a voice that wasn't his.

We immediately got up, and put our hands in his face, and all over him, and were praying in the Spirit.

He was thrashing around, mitting his head on the ground, causing himself to bleed. It was crazy!

It lasted about 20 minutes, and we annointed his head with oil. Later on, after it was gone, there was a cross shaped scar on his head where we annointed it with oil! My friend believes that's where the demon left his body.

It was absoulutely insane, but was definitely real!

Praise God that He sent His Spirit to assist us!

I was once

I was possessed once. Not for long and not very dramatic. It was my fault, but I was too dumb to know what I was doing at the time. Quija boards, reading the satanic bible, aliens, ufo, vampires, ghost. All that opened me up to the activity... and when you play with fire....

Where did this take place my friend? I mean, what were the circumstances in which this took place? Actual location, (not address of course), time and circumstances. I ask for no other reason than to offer this information to others out there that have their doubts as the the strength and power of demons.

Thanks for your post. I believe that it is imperative that we, (Christians), be aware of the 'demon factor' which exists in this world and I thank you for your offering.

I am in a campus ministry organization at my school and it happened at the place we meet. We were having a men's meeting of prayer for the campus when it happened. Good things were happening, and I believe it showed up to distract us!

It all happened about a year ago.

Three years ago, my brother went to Togo, Africa with his Theology class to put on numerous seminars in the area, which was heavily influenced by voodoo. While he was preaching in one of his meetings, he encountered a woman who stood up and began screaming at him. She was brought up front where another ministry team from the conference cast the demon out.

It really shook him.

For once, I met one face to face for perhaps more than 30 minutes, so I even know its "physical" appearance. It didn't seem that it could hurt me physically thou it seemed attempted. I couldn't hurt it either with my punch and kick.

The kind of fear I can never forget. I didn't know what it was at that moment, now I think that most likely it's one of the demons.


Praise our Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit who helped me to tough it through.
