Various forms of coenzyme q10 are helpful for many, as PopaSodinski pointed out. Adding Pycnogenol to my vitamin line up brought my slightly elevated blood pressure down. Personally I’m considering getting some BioPerine to add in. The idea is to hat one takes it with the supplements in the daily line up and it increases absorption. Some companies add a bit to their supplements.

The orthomolecular people say vitamin c does wonders for heart issues. Pauling even had protocols with c and other supplements for various heart ailments. Some people choose to use those protocols to enhance results from standard treatment.

I had remembered incorrectly. When I went back to check my test results on their web site, they had indeed checked my potassium. It was normal. Sorry about that, I should have double checked rather than rely on my memory.

My potassium level was 3.7 mmol/L Normal range is 3.3 - 5.3 mmol/L

I'm glad potassium is normal. Thanks for helping me to interpret my test results properly. This is a complicated subject that I am trying to understand.
