We see that science has evolve and explains the bible with quantum mechanics and understand that trhu prayer and thru music quantum mechanics is A form of explanation of how God's power is in prayer and things appear and scientist are still baffled because of it. Did actions of holding the sun imply quantum mechanics like the prophet Joseph when God hold the sun and change times or when prayer things became reality is our thoughts thru prayer create our reality ?

The problem for scientists is to explain why science works. They are dependant upon a Christian world view that Gods charateristics of consistency, and rationality are displayed in creation.
Much can be explained or modelled through mathmatics, physics, including quantum physics and engineering depend on maths to always work.

The first part seems to be tending towards mentalism, which is the position that reality doesn't exist in an objective manner, but is only apparently real because it is a product of your mind, or the composite product of many minds. That might not be the perspective of the article in Nature, but it seems suspicious. The next part may be a Deist perspective, which is that God is the natural world, that the Creator is the creation. Neither mentalism nor Deism are Christian perspectives.

The fact that matter at it's basic level is energy, does not mean that the energy is thought, or mind. Energy is force. God spoke the creation into existence. Speaking is an act of force which uses the breath to create vibration in particular patterns. In a similar manner, God conceived patterns in His mind, and used His will to express them. God's mind and will are called the Power. To express the Power, God also had to become a polarity. A polarity is a duality which faces in opposite directions, and has an express image. So, God is a Trinity. The Power is the Spirit of God, the Ruach, and the polar Presences are the Father and Son, the Panim.

The Holy Spirit is the extension of the formless Power into the Sons of God, incarnate or discarnate, as the Breath of Life. The Breath of Life was given only to man, the Adam, in Gen2:7, and again in John20:22. That is why I know that the animals on Noah's arc were domestic stock, because the Breath of Life was used when speaking to them as part of the domestication process. Being domesticated, they have the Breath of Life in them in the sense that they are under the dominion of the Holy Spirit in man.

So, creation is not just patterns in the mind of God, but also requires God's will to be the Power to express the patterns through the polar Presences. The mind and will of man is not needed to effect creation, though man may exert a small effect on creation due to the fact that man has within him the Breath of Life. Therefore, mentalism is not true. Further, Deism is not true, as God exists without creation, but after creation, God also exists within creation.

As Jesus was a part of the Trinity, He was one with the Power, and so with His Breath of Life He was able to exert a rather large effect on creation, which was why His miracles happened. Quantum mechanics functions on the sub-atomic scale according to probabilities, due to the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. A high probability for a sub-atomic event becomes a low probability for a larger macro-structure. However, the probability of a macro-miracle increases with the strength of the Holy Spirit, or Breath of Life, in a man.

The Holy Spirit is not given by measure, but it is given according to course, as the works of the Spirit in the juxtaposed kingdom of heaven. These are the Seal of the Spirit, the Covering of the Spirit, the Infilling of the Spirit, and the Indwelling of the Spirit. These are the stages of the second birth. The Indwelling of the Spirit is the concurrent resurrection of the spirit body within the physical body. This is the only resurrection, and is given by grace through qualification, to the just, and to the unjust who are vicariously justified by the imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ. The resurrection is not given to the wicked, who are the unjust who are not vicariously justified. After the resurrection, a man may continue to abide, and therefore his soul+spirit will continue to ascend in the resurrection of life, or a man may rebel, and therefore his soul+spirit will descend in the resurrection of condemnation.

We cannot describe correctly spacetime but gravity and movement can explain how fast time can go by gravity's influence on time it is called gravitational time dilation. One effect is that astrounaut go to space and becuase of low gravity the farther they get from earth they age slower. Another time distortion, is called relative velocity time dilation, is where time moves slower the faster one travels.

The discovery of quantum theory and holographic universe paved the way for quantum mechanics.

The work of Max Plank did indeed pave the way for quantum mechanics. He proposed the quantaziation of emission spectroscopy, which has been generally accepted as truth. The holographic universe theory, however, has not been generally accepted as truth. This theory works along the same basic premise as do the Platonic forms, in that an ultimate reality lies beyond physical reality. The Platonic forms were viewed as being the substructure of reality, whereas the holographic universe theory posits some intrinsic projection function as an intermediary between fundamental reality and perceived reality. It is just a theory, and it is far from being generally accepted.

The general theory of relativity reveals space and time is connect, but not consistant.

Einstein published special relativity first, which established the relationship between space and time based on the transition of speed, which makes time relative to lateral position (and therefore velocity). He then published general relativity, which established the relationship between space and time based on the transition of gravity, which makes time relative to vertical position (and therefore acceleration). It's been a while since I've studied this, but that is mainly what he did with his theories of relativity. Essentially, he redefined classical Newtonian mechanics, such that the math which describes the more extreme situations of velocity, acceleration, and gravitation could be compatible with the math which describes the mundane situations that Newtonian mechanics had proven to be very good at describing and predicting.

In other words, Einstein's understanding of truth superseded Newton's understanding of truth, in regard to the day-to-day function of the physical world, not by destroying Newton's work, but by refining it. This is analogous to the relationship of sound biblical doctrine, which resounds in the world, and plain biblical doctrine, which integrates the scripture.

Yep. Sorry to be picky. Pretty good though, considering the length and complexity of the presentation.

Next, and a biggy, though again, I'm not sure that you actually meant this; but a Godhead of protons, electrons, and neutrons would mean the worship of creation. Of course, God is in creation, for all things consist in Him, but He primarily exists spiritually in the eternal realm.
