Willie T. passed 2 weeks ago.
His wife Sue just called me.
He had some sort of brain disease since his childhood.
It suddenly broke .loose and killed him.

Please pray for his wife Sue, she is heartbroken.
They were married 39 years.

Willie was a good friend, I visited him in his home in St. Petersburg, Florida
He knew his Scripture, debated well, and was always supportive of those in need.
In recent times, he was spending most of his time on another forum but he'll always be remembered here on CF.net
He suffered from macular degeneration and couldn't drive or see the forums very well.
He sort of felt the end was coming.

Willie T. was 75

I didn't know Willie, but it seems like he is an amazing man. IS not WAS. Because our sweet friend is resting peacefully with the Lord.

If you don't mind, I would like to pray with you. The Bible says "where to or more gather in [His] name, there he will be also." - Matthew 18:20

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the wonderful life of Willie. We appreciate the amazing friend he has been to each of the individuals he got to know. We thank you Lord that you have taken him out of his suffering and into your everlasting embrace. God, we ask that you bring peace upon the lives of those grieving the loss of this amazing man. We love you Lord. And we trust that everything works out for your good. That is all that matters.

In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.

Thank you Kemi, I pray his wife and loved ones will be with him too.
I pray that Sue will have joy in her heart as Willie did until the day you call her home. add to that.
Dear LOrd, you know all that Willie T. meant to us (Bill Everett)
He gave us joy and got tough on those that needed it.
I know he 's with you now and pray that Sue join you to in her time.
Help us not to forget all he shared with us
amen

This came to my mind even though this is a delayed response because Willie was a staff member on my other forum CB (Christianity Boards) and I found one of his posts saying that the first thing he would do when he got to Heaven was to check-in and now I'm in tears. :crying Miss you Willie, we didn't always agree but I still considered you a friend and tell Jesus hi for me. Love you both. :)
