Funny, I actually just acquired a book by this author.

Yeah, my church has a table out in the foyer where you can pick up books and other stuff, you're asked to give a small donation if possible when you take something so that they can keep it "stocked". I went to church early today to go to confession.
After confession, sat in the sanctuary until Mass started. While I was there, flipped through the book a bit. It's about Catholic practices and where you can find them in scripture/how they are supported by scripture. It includes thing like Mass, Eucharist, rosary, and others.
