Hello again, Siddhi.

I believe it just means God will console us from all the things that once brought us sorrow - especially the loss of loved ones - and after that there will never be a reason to be sad again, because we will never experience pain or loss anymore. In Heaven, we will never lose anyone to death or sickness or tragedy ever again.

Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
Rev 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.......

When we enter the New Jerusalem it will be a place of purity and perfection within us who are Christ own as there will be no more sin or the evil one (Satan) as all that is what Jesus will destroy when He returns casting it all into the lake of fire. All things will be made new again.

Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
