One might argue that how often it's needed might depend on the job you have, as well as if you share a bed with someone. Depending on the job, and potentially how hot and sweaty the enviornment is once a day might not seem like enough.

On the other hand though. For the vast majority of people, if twice a week was enough to be clean and healthy, and didn't induce negitive sanitary conditions where ever you went, then think how much water that could save and help the enviornment people are in. Expecially the ones that have more drought conditions.
