Slimjet

How does it compare with Chrome?

Gotta be honest, I am pretty much firmly entrenched with chrome because of how intuitive it is, especially with the feature that holds onto all my bookmarks regardless of what computer I am using.

Yeah. I hear ya. This Slimjet seems very barebones. I wasn't able to use Chrome....my wife and son love it.....so I'm using Slimjet as a backup to my now finicky Explorer.

Chrome had too many conflicts with my system and completely bogged down my internet explorer
Chrome does use a lot of RAM, and I need to close it down and reopen it more than other browsers, but it's never gotten too bad to not use it as my primary browser. I'm curious why you are using IE and concerned about its speed if you're using Chrome or any other browser. I can't remember the last time I used IE except for on my work laptop where I have to. IE does a good job running slow all on its own.

Yeah I think when I installed Chrome....I didn't trust it so I kept my IE. When Chrome bogged down, I tried to go back to IE but it bogged down as well until I uninstalled Chrome. Now I'm back to my mediocre IE with Slimjet as my backup.
