SWEET BUT DEADLY ENJOYMENT

Adultery and fornication are sexual sin punishable before God. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 commands Christians to flee from sexual immoralities: adultery, fornication, lesbianism, gay practice and others. They are poisons to our body and kill our souls. Our body is the temple of Holy Spirit and should be kept holy always. Let us honor God with our body.

Gone were the days when virginity was a symbol of decency to ladies but today it is a scarce commodity in the market. Virgins are rarely found in our societies even in the church of God. A virgin is what you can hardly find in our campuses today, while half of the high school students have tasted the apple of sin (sex)

Can we find virgins in the choir ? Even among the couples joined together at the altar, how many brides in the white wedding garment are virgin ?. Leviticus 21:7 mandates a pastor to marry a virgin but how many pastors wives were married a virgin ?. Why is it difficult, if not impossible, to find virgins among the people of God, the church.

Sexual intercourse is initiated by God and it is meant for reproduction not enjoyment. It is sweet but sinful in nature if practised outside marriage. God forbids sex outside marriage among His people( Israel) in the bible but our present society permits sexual immoralities. Modernization and civilization have corrupted the Christian community, may God save us

Deuteronomy 22:20-22 says " a girl who has lost her virginity before marriage should be stoned to death while when a man sleeps with a married woman, both of them should be stoned to death. Though these verses are in Old Testament but our pastors should endeavour to constantly preach against sexual immoralities in the church. Any form of sex before or outside marriage irritates God and calls for His anger. Beware ! !! !!!

GLORY BE TO GOD

Along with the relaxed liberal changes in language and graphic censorship, cell phones and computers with internet access play a huge role in spreading this disease. Anyone with a cell phone or computer with internet service has access to a vast resource of pornography and other sexually explicit content. To make things worse, parents today are giving their children cell phones at earlier ages all the time and with little to no monitoring. According to a report by KTRE News in Huntington, TX over 53% of children have cell phones before age 11 and that number jumps to 69% at age 12. This is the age when hormones are beginning to work overtime and parents are giving access to a media source that can feed that ravenous animal at will.

I totally agree with you parents are massively contributing to the sexual desire of the kids. May God save us

My daughter is 29 years old... When she was little... I controlled what she listened to... and what she read... I also avoided the world of online games. The last fight I had regarding this issue was with the Catholic school board... I was told that they were going to be seeing Harry Potter at school.... I called the school and told them that my daughter would be skipping that day... and their reply was that they also show DRACULA in grade 9.

It is my opinon that parents are responsible for what their children's eyes see... and ears hear... Once they are around the age of 16... we have pretty much used up the time we are able to make a difference.... The child's thought patterns and beliefs are basically made up by then.

Hi Adoration
I used to teach catechism in the CC.
One year it was decided that the older kids would see Harry Potter all together.

I told them my class would not be attending.

I agree with you that all kids see and experience becomes a part of their DNA....

Good call...
