I found this a good way to share Salvation with others.

A
Admit that you are a sinner and that there is absolutely nothing you can do to save yourself. Jesus is the ONLY way.
B
Believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord. Believe He died on the Cross, was buried and lay in the grave for 3 days and 3 nights, and believe that He rose from the dead for the forgiveness of our sins.
C
Call upon His Name. Ask Jesus to come into your life and be your Lord and your Savior.
 
I have something real close to that on the back of my business cards:

Admit you're a sinner
Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ
Choose to follow Jesus

I've also included the verses John 3:16 and Romans 6:23
