The Derailing Thread

Man, my shoulder is sore...first I sleep with my weight on it in the middle of a hallway in the educational wing at church (okay, I had an acceptable reason, let me assure you), then when I got home I ended up sleeping on my shoulder again.
 
Always some sort of blessing in every curse, they say.


Excuse me, I'm going to go fall into bed.
 
I've been constipated for 2 days. A couple stool softeners and a tall, warm glass of prune juice later, I have the opposite problem.

I am having my own personal Superbowl.
 
Uhh, the Holy Spirit is the door to Jesus, and Jesus is the door to the Father.

No Superbowl required. :wink

Amen brother. The Comforter could not come until after Jesus finished His task and ascended back to the Father, and He did. :) Praise the Lord for that! That door's been open for awhile now and a good thing it is.

Check it out y'all... my wife went to Tennessee to have a girl's day with her lady friends yesterday, and she came home with gifts! The Strongest Concordance and a bottle of anointing oil. She didn't understand when tears filled up my eyes -- well, she knew I wanted a Concordance but had no idea that I'd been looking to get some anointing oil. God knows all the desires of our hearts, and my wife knows me so well. It all came right on time too, God used the gift of the oil as a confirmation of something.
 
I would love to request your prayers! 1 week before I leave for my vacation, I'm sick. :\
 
5 am and I've been trying for hours to fall asleep.
At least I don't feel so stressed out as I did a few hours ago. Around 3 am I put on some worship music to fall asleep to, seemed to help a lot...with the stress, didn't help me fall asleep any.
I still don't know how I'm going to deal with certain things in my life, but I'm ready to try...even if I may end up waking up late today due to my screwed up sleep schedule.

Darn you all, go to sleep. I've been up for more than 30 hours, but I can't go to bed until I set up my April Fool's pranks. And I can't do that with you awake--go to bed already, it's midnight!
 
Prank was a success, and everyone enjoyed it. :D I did something similar at church tonight, too. (I help with the youth group. Youth always has snacks or at least something to drink, and I glued googly eyes to the bottles of soda.)
 
Okay, I give--I want Dragon Ball Xenoverse. Not because Dragon Ball is one of the series/franchises I'm exploring right now (how the crap did THAT happen anyway???), but because the gameplay looks like a blast. Looks like my kind of game!
