Titus 1:1
Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;
Faith is given to Gods Elect, and not all mankind, that's why Paul writes all don't have Faith 2 Thessalonians 3:2
And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.
Those for whom Christ died, or was delivered up for, namely His Elect, Rom 8:32
32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
With Him, He freely gives them all things, one of those things being Faith, or to believe on Him as per Phil 1:29
29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;
Now the word give in Rom 8:32 and given in Phil 1:29 are the same greek word:
Charizoma, and means to bestow.
God graciously bestows faith, or the gift of believing upon all Christ was delivered up for.
This Faith is not found within the ability of the natural man or mind, hence giving him no opportunity to boast.
