New King James Version

Gen 2:7- And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

Note first, that the NKJV removes the Name of God, rejecting the advice of our Lord, and replaces the word "soul" with "living being"- which. sad to say, the current version of the NWT but the WTBS does.
But, any check on it reveals thus~

Did He (not THEY) state that after they rebelled they would have their souls sent to a place where they would be barbecued alive forever.

Or, according to many churches that they would go to HEAVEN????

What are you trying to prove?

That you distort things as much as any sect.


There is no mention of hell in genesis, only that they would die.
No church teaches that disobedience to God results in going to heaven.
