It is good that you grasp one thing and also not let go of the other; for the one who fears God comes forth with both of them.
Ecclesiastes 7:18 NASB
Sometimes we see contradictions in scripture, verses that seem to go against each other…
If we walk in the fear of the Lord, and trust Him to give us wisdom to understand, to come forth with the balance of truth for any given circumstance we may be facing, we will see the victory.
But the LORD your God you shall fear; and He will deliver you from the hand of all your enemies. 2 Kings 17:39
