This year marks the year of it being ten years since I have graduated high school. So, since it's been so long since I have been in school, I'm not sure just exactly what they teach as well as do and don't do nowadays. However, I felt this morning that God was really trying to communicate with me because it's a really sad fact that not everybody knows how to perform CPR. I remember when I was in fifth grade we were taught about it and had to perform it on a dummy. That's one of the few things about school that I actually liked. My mother lives by the philosophy of always being prepared. I get carsick so she travels with wristbands, Dramamine, Advil, and of course bags lol Not to mention that she also travels with Band-Aids in case any of us ever get a cut out on the road. And we take quite a few road trips, especially in the summer. Anyway, back in my day of being a Girl Scout, we also traveled with a First Aid kit on the trail. So yeah, if you don't know CPR or the Heimlich maneuver, please watch these videos. It always helps to be prepared and you never know when you might need them. If you already know them but want to watch them to refresh your memory, go ahead and do that as well like I'm about to do. It never hurts to be a little over prepared just in case.
