My wife really likes go to the beach . About a five hour drive to the gulf coast of FL and my daughter lives there so it is a visit with family too . I do enjoy seafood ! Sand not so much .
Correction both are the peppertree route ,one,on the left is beachcomber lane ,private beach acess and the other is the tracking station ,the start of the route ,beachcomber is near the end

We have beaches, but it'd take a bit to get to. Not sure how far away they'd be. 3 hours or so? But it wouldn't be the ocean, just a lake. Getting to the ocean from here would be quite a few hours. Longer than I'm willing to go at the moment
Yeah, sand isn't always that great....it gets kind of everywhere. I remember going to White Sands, NM...it wasn't as fun as it looked lol. At least not on a hot day. If it was cooler out, I would've enjoyed the trip to the dunes more.
