Oh okay. Well then I guess it's actually a good thing it was just a scam. Although I am very private while I'm online, so although they might be able to find my city, I doubt that they would be able to locate my actual address.

Trust me, if someone wants to find your address they can as there are websites that give that info for a price.
 
Well...
If it wasn't a scam...
after God got his cut
I'd take enough to get us another $5,000 car and bank the rest for the farm fund.
I want a jam, jelly, wine, popsicle, leather goods, home made cookies, barbeque, brick oven pizza, and bait shop emporium for when I retire...and I need to buy a farm to make that happen.

There are Black Hat Hacker Tools available that Government Agents us to catch your IP and then that is trackable to your house, as I understand it, to your house. They are most commonly used by Linux people but I'd bet they are released in Windoze versions also.

It was already established that it was fake. It came in the mail in trying to tempt us to get a new car with it when we already got one lol

That's why we should always place all of our faith, hope, and trust, in the Lord. :cross (although twenty-five thousand dollars would still have been awesome lol :lol ) Anyway, just in case you all were wondering my mother has reassured me that nobody random will be able to get my information, and when I do get a place of my own, the only people who can Google me is the people who know my first and last name.

These things ought to be illegalized, aka run out of town on the rails. As much as I'm in favor of free speech, this plays on people's emotions, and stirs up evil.

go to mylife.com and type your name and city and info will come up, but you have to pay in order to get full info

So does most advertising and news .look at the media for shootings,syria abd anything. Overstate thr concern to get that like,paper read and advertising will pay you.

News is more of advertisements then actually information. Trust me I roll papers. I could yank the ads on the Sunday paper abd it's no bigger then Monday's edition. I can put the weekend plus Monday into one bag and not have a problem.
