WARNING ! WARNING!

What a mess... i was afraid it might clog the filter on the machine... one pillow is fine the other flat... :hysterical fishing a zillion feathers out of the water was not fun... then i had t vacuum the inside of the washer..

*tries not to giggle*

It sounds like something that could happen to me if I were ever to wash a pillow.

I remember being on vacation in Denmark once. We had used the washing machine at a laundry, but were a bit late.
My sister and I were told to go and collect the clothes before they closed. Trouble was: The cycle had just finished getting rid of the soap, but hadn't started getting rid of the water..... You think they were a wee bit wet? :p

If you ever think it is a good idea to machine wash down pillows make sure the seams are secure :cries
How is that ever an issue when all the teams on a football field are surrounded by cops outside the green! Teams are secure despite the billows of fans...

Which weighs more, a pound of dry feathers or a pound of wet feathers?

Maybe that one should be for Classik
Wait.
Isn't it supposed to be:

What weights more: A pound of feathers, or a pound of rocks?

I just wonder how many feathers it must take to weight a pound.
Many.
Reba knows about this!

So, let's see. What could the answer be?
A pound of...
OR
A pound of...

Hmmm. I'll think about it!

Wondering

Oh yes, the one I grew up with was the pound of feathers or a pound of bricks, but in light of reba's situation, I thought to make it a little more clever and ask which weighs more a pound of dry feather or a pound of wet feathers. I said I would choose the dry, because they shall be equal in weight but for only a short moment. As the wet feathers evaporate their moisture, the weight is only relative to there given moisture content at that moment.

According to my Henweigh, they're exactly the same.

LOL !
You think too much!

I would love to see everyone at a soccer game have a big pillow fight.
It would be awesome.
