Jesus is my homeboy. OK seriously now, I'm glad you brought this up. We talk all about the stuff relating to our Lord, but it's like He's just chillin' in the background waiting for us to bring Him into the conversation. He's the reason we're all together.

It is amazing when you think about it that Jesus has touched so many many lives! He had only 3 short years in His ministry on earth yet He is present in the lives of all of us. How anyone could deny the power of that is beyond me. Great is our God!

This song lifts me to rest beside Jesus, full of the Holy Ghost. My brother called me today to ask for prayer because the verdict for his son in laws custody hearing was about to come through. I immediately began to pray and trust in God that He won't give me a stone when I ask to receive this bread... very shortly after it began to rain outside, and this song came into my mind. I pulled it up on my phone and stood by my window listening, praying and praising while it rained. Tears streamed down my face as I swayed back and forth in a slow dance with the Holy Ghost, proclaiming to Christ in faith that it is all accomplished. I got the news 15 minutes later that it was accomplished, and they will all be joining me in church this coming Wednesday. Open the floodgates of heaven, indeed.

Usually people who want to know something about Jesus come and ask specific questions about Him or about His teachings. They usually never just ask an open ended question like "tell me about Jesus"

It's like where does a person start.?? Jesus is LORD ? I guess if the person does not understand what the word LORD signifies then that would fall on deaf ears..
