Have you ever been asked what is your favorite color.? Often people will tell one or 2 of their favorite colors in a spectrum of a choice of approximately 10 most common colors. But have you ever given colors a deeper meaning in life? We have forte colors but there are probably reasons why. Even though sometimes we had no thought about till we ponder upon those ideas.
This is a post dedicated to the subject of colors. Just think how plain the world would be if God did not add colors in our Earthly dimension. And you know the Wizard of of Oz would never be the same movie. For then the Yellow brick Road would not exist or even the Emerald City or the ruby slippers. Color brings light to our life. It affects us more than we realize.
But I am not going to give you a false color system as some do like some kind of astrology color code symbolic to what colors mean. No I cant’ do that. . That is because all colors are good. God does not hate any color. Colors can be spiritually symbolic such as Revelation. But only used to help us to understand symbolic context and meaning. . Yet Colors are not assigned good or bad in how each person feels about colors. .
This thread is a discussion what colors mean and what they mean to us personally. Whether you like to coordinate clothing color, painting cars, take photo pictures, put on make up, even Kiss ha haha 70s Rock group or girls make up Barbie style or any interest in color in your life. Join in this thread of colors.
First I want to ask what are your favorite color or colors? Your color preference can span to any range. But if your color is less popular or less well known give us an idea what this color looks like. Then you can share why you like these colors for any reason as long as it is morally clean.
If you for example like Green one might say its because I like outside nature and trees and it reminds me when I used to go on those camping trips seeing green needles among the trees. See now how colors in this way has a deeper meaning in our life. Another might say I like light blue because I dress my child in pajamas in that color which looks best on my baby or light blue makes me feel happy and cheerful inside. So I often wear Light blue shirts.
So these are some examples what some might say for instance how these favorite colors effect them. Next after your favorite colors you can but not have to but those who want to talk about Colors in general how they feel colors affect us. Some might say I don’t like red cars. They seem more distracting as I am driving trying to see the street signs. . Or colors make me more confident when I go out. I wear wear a gray mans dress coat cause gray makes me feel kind of like I feel important at work. But when I come home I wear my flannel shirts multicolored cause now I am more in a state of relaxing around the house. I’m more relax about colors at home cause now I'm just more carefree off of work hours. These are some examples how people feel of over all colors in general how it affects people. .
