[__ Prayer __] Where two or three gather.

Going through withdraw has brought me to a closer need to pray in the Spirit of the grace of God for others more fervently. For There are many lonely souls in a crowded world of non believers and nominal Christians. I'am asking those who have received the Lord's Mercy and believers to pray for my sister Carol. She believes in Jesus, but her life does not show it. Please pray for her peace in knowing God's love. Also pray for the lost souls that are completely unaware of what awaits them, in the same Spirit that you had when you were in dire need of God's help. I wish we would pray as a part of Christ body together, even though we are not physically together, that we would be in Spirit. Add to the prayer list, let your request be known. And let us pray as a part of Christ body in His love and our love for each other.

In God's Grace that I cannot live without.

Praying as God will give your peace for Carol to live her life Christ like. As really just remember, God does not give up on people. As He loves people and one that loves His children. Never give up on them. Do not give up on her Donna. I was a Christian and am. But I was not living it and was not growing. That was the problem. Growing in Him really makes the difference.

Dear Brother Douglas Summers, I have one way of bringing my requests to God, and that is according to the following patterned scripture of attaining peace about something. I have had some ask why I never request prayer, and oh but I do. Over time I have seen great crusades of gathering multitudes praying for an end to abortions, and yet we see them continue. Does our Father hear, or is He listening to our pleas for individuals? I reckon what I’m saying is that we may as well ask that all sin be gone before His timing and gathered to Him.

Heb 4:1 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into His (God’s) rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.
Heb 4:10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.
Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Here is a link to something I believe will give peace to the hungry soul such as we read of in Pro 27:7 The full soul loatheth an honeycomb; but to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet.

Whintley Phipps said the following: “It is in the quite crucible of your personal private sufferings, that your noblest dreams are born, and God’s greatest gifts are given in compensation for what you’ve been through. It is Well . . .”

I have prayed for your sister, and by faith expect a miracle of God’s very promises to us-ward which believe. As a sister in Christ, your sister is not forgotten, is part of we who are gathered together, and is the very work of the Holy Spirit being accomplished to come to will, and to do of God’s good pleasure. Php 2:13.

Oh, So very true. Thanks Eugene, I'm felling much better, have a little ways to go yet, but I'm over the halfway mark. Thanks for my sister also. I remember reading in Scripture OT where the final punishment to Israel was that they were sacrificing their children to Idles. I think, once we are Spiritually mature, we should preach about the sins of abortion in the Church along with the other sins that separate us from God. Making it clear that those who claim to be Christians that believe in abortion and other social acceptable sins are not a part of His Spiritual body, In fact we are commanded to (1 Cor. 5:11-13) Have you thought about the many so called Christian Churches that accept all of the social ills of society? The birds have settled on the branches of the wild mustard tree that once started out as simple faith same with the leaven in the meal. (many will not understand this) (Matt. 13:31-35). But we still must pray, but keep the body clean.
Always under God's Grace
