No, Satan is something the bible calls the ancient dragon which is a type of angel,
he will be cast into the lake of fire,

Lucifer and Satan are two separate beings.

The name Satan comes from a Hebrew word sah-TAHN which means adversary as in signifying an enemy, and an accuser, father of lies. This is who Lucifer has become as man has chnaged his name to Satan.

Satan was created perfect in all his ways with beauty, wisdom and freewill. God placed him as the guardian or protector over the throne of God in heaven. He was entrusted with many possessions and found much favor in the Lord.

God created the earth and saw that it was good and he took Lucifer from Gods Holy Mountain and set him over the Garden of Eden as a covering cherub to watch over and enjoy all that was of God. As Lucifer was set in the garden iniquity was soon found in him as he defiled Gods sanctuary through pride in his own beauty and deceit as he wanted all that was of Gods here on earth to be his own as he tried to make his throne above the angels and be God.

Because iniquity was found in him God cast him and those angels who chose to follow him out of his holy mountain and cast them all down to earth to be trampled of all nations. The only reference in scripture that denotes there being one third of the angels falling with Satan is in Revelation 12:9.

Satan was cast down to the earth and became the ruler of iniquity over it before the creation of man which is why he had the power and right to give the kingdoms of the world over to Christ. Satan corrupted the nations until there was no righteous person found except Noah. Even after Satan was cast down to the ground he still vowed that he would ascend back into heaven and take his place on the throne and be like the most high.

Remember, Satan is a spirit and not flesh and blood so when he was cut down to the ground it was not literal, but symbolic that his so called kingdom would be that of a lesser magnitude than Gods kingdom. Satan is the total opposite of the love that God represents so whatever good that God does Satan does the opposite.

Since Satan is known as the god of this world and the prince of the powers of the air he has access to the throne of God to accuse the saints of God as Jesus makes intercession for them. Satan has no authority in heaven as he lost that privilege, but was cut down to earth and through his hatred and anger of God now uses his deceit to separate man from God by stealing the word of God from them thus stealing their faith in God.

We find Lucifer being called many names throughout scripture: Satan, Devil, Beelzebub, Belial, Adversary, Dragon, Serpent and I’m sure a few others as all are characteristics of who he is including father of lies in all his deceit.

I'm not shocked. That really didn't prove it. There are people that say: Lucifer is God, Lucifer is Jesus, Lucifer is the light, and Lucifer is some sort of Heavenly Mother; and they're all wrong. Mostly this comes from Masonry (in which the masons say the seething energy is in their hands, and that Lucifer is the light), or Gnosticism, or in general the Occult.

The serpent is subtle.

Isaiah 14

Notice that the passage is directed at a King, and then reveals showing some sort of Cosmic power working behind him. Satan is known as the prince of the powers of the air, and the god of this world. Also, some claim that Jesus is Lucifer because they are both called the morning star. Yet I don't think this is a good reason. Why? Both Jesus and Satan are called lions. Jesus is the roaring lion of Judah (Revelation 5:5) and Satan is a lion waiting to devour (1 Peter 5:8). I think we can conclude that Isaiah 14 as a false light like in 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 as we continue to address this.

in Luke 10:18, Jesus says, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

Now again, we have a condemnation of a King (of Tyre) in which some sort of spiritual force is behind is iniquities. We see a reference to an anointed cherub. Both Isaiah and Ezekiel show two different kings, but the same driving force. From this we also conclude that Lucifer was in Eden. Both passages says they will perish and be thrown in the Pit. In Revelation we see Satan being bound and thrown into the lake of fire. And Lucifer was in EDEN. What was in EDEN? The Serpent! And what do the Serpent, Satan, and Lucifer have in common?

Isaiah, Ezekiel, and Genesis all show the same being working in pride. Lucifer wanted to exalt himself above God. The serpent wanted to convince eve she could become a god, and that God was wrong and that he knew better than God. You see this lie in the New Age, the Occult, Freemasonry: YE SHALL BE AS GODS - THE GREATEST LIE EVER TOLD. I did psychedelics (aka entheogens), until I learned that the New Testament Greek word for drugs was "Pharmakeia". Phamakeia is where we get the word pharmacy. And it has to do with drug use. Drugs are witchcraft. Psychedelic means "soul or mind manifesting" and Enthogen means "becoming divine within".

Scripture says "Know ye that YAHWEH is God. It is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves." The Psalms say "I have called you gods, but you shall die like men". Israel was told "Hear O Israrel, Yahweh is one". Acts 4:12 says we are saved by no name other than Christ Jesus.

Further more, Isaiah, Ezekiel, 2 Corinthians, and Luke 10:18 all show Satan as a being of light.

Michael S. Heiser has put forth the notion that the Hebrew word for "serpent" which is "nachash" means shining bronze. The Hebrew texts were known for their meaningful word usage in which words could have double meanings for the same thing. An example is that Babel means both "Jumbling" and "Gate of god" which suggests they were not just building a mere tall tower into heaven, but a tower of sorcery which would tear a rift into the heavenly dimensions. So Michael S. Heiser concludes that the serpent may have been a shining serpent. Note that many false religions have some sort of serpentine being such as the Kundilini spirit of Hinduism, which is a serpent spirit that wraps around the spine.

What basis do you have for thinking that it is Lucifer being spoken of? This isn't a matter of "finding an interpretation" but rather letting the text say what it was meant to say. We simply cannot go thinking that these parables are referring to Lucifer when they clearly are not.
