Like any veteran I suffer from PTSD, formerly known as Combat Fatigue and an assortment of other names. Any person that has killed another man, woman or 12 year old with a machine gun has dreams that haunt them until they die. Like, at least, 95% of American Combat Veterans, I did not cry about the matter because I was and I am proud of my willingness to step into harm's way for the good of others.
I am currently listed as under care for PTSD because my shrink rated me because of Hyper Vigilance, Marital History, Nightmares since 1967 and inability to keep a job because of ¿attitude? I never refused to work, just leave me instruction on what you want done and I am a self starter. I did not go to the VA until I fell off the side of my Diesel and could no longer pass the physical. I do not have a lot of care for cry babies that will not even try and the VA, for that reason is, grossly, abused, by cry babies.
The problem is not the VA but it will fall because of the Liberal Stupidity. As my dad, another Veteran that never went to the VA until the continual nightmares and Combat Injuries placed him as unemployable,taught me, the intent for the VA, when set forth by Conservative Democrats (that's a mouth full today) was a safety net for the veteran when the damage of combat caught up with them. The Liberals have blown that idea right out of the oceans.
If the Liberal elements of both parties do not move closer to the center, this nation is finished, just do a study of Rome and it's demise.
