Husbands this is why it is important to listen to your wife. The Lord God will speak to her to help you.

I'm Rollo Tamasi of LA Confidential fame.
I'm the one that Reba loves the most but she'll never admit it.
I'm also the one that humbles himself to others so that I can project a trait of God to them that they don't recognize.
Thus, I am always wrong and everyone else is always right.
And when I start spinning webs around people's heads, they all cry foul and try to get me in trouble so I will stop.

Three wise men came to visit the infant Jesus and gift Him with gold, frankincense, and myrrh...

Then when they left, the three wiser women came to visit the infant Jesus and gifted Mary with formula, diapers, and onesies.
 
2nd Paul? Is there a new book now? ..wait, it has the 3 wise women with diapers and formula part? I didn't even know Paul wrote that.

It's one of my favorite books in the New Testament because it quotes Hezekiah's admonition to beat the heathen with a stick...a big one. Reba uses a wooden rolling pin but its in the same spirit so we let her slide on it.
 
This is so strange. I may be reading a different Bible. Mine doesn't have 2Paul. It has Thessalonians, Corinthians, galatians, Hebrew, but not 2Paul...are you referring to one of Paul's books? I have parallel Bible, Russian/English and it doesn't have Paul.

Sooo, the stick, eh?:poke I like that idea!:biggrin2

It's a joke. There is no book of Paul much less 2Paul or a book of Hezekiah either.

The word "meet" in the Jacobean English of the King James Bible means "appropriate". Note that in at verse 20 Adam named all the animals "but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him."

The word "meet" is from the Hebrew; neged,( neh'-ghed; )from Strong's H5046; a part opposite; specifically a counterpart, or mate.
