Soon My love. Tonight, I get to EAT Chicken Nuggets as the next phase of my Rehab. We're going to Wendy's. I think I'll try a frostie too! Caroline approves, this is not avoiding her wonderful cooking!

Sparrow, the parmesan pizza looks mmmmmmm good! The burger? Notsomuch.

Salad - three kinds of lettuce (beneath the goodies).

But the best part is the seasoning and spices on the cukes and tomatoes:
Mostly garlic powder and paprika.
Add some sesame seeds and pepper and some parmesan cheese, poppy seeds and onion powder.

Now my dilemma is what kind of salad dressing? Balsamic Vinegar maybe?
I've got this new one, a 'Mediterranean Vinaigrette' called "Tuscan Romano Basil" and that's the winner today! <pardon but even the name makes me drool a little>
